General
Do you use a particular shirt brand?
We use high-quality standard t-shirts that are 100% ring spun cotton. All shirts are female cut.
What size should I order?
Our sizes range from S - 2XL and some 3XL. Please refer to the sizing chart for the correct size. All t-shirts are ladies.
What is the printing process?
All shirts are printed by hand and custom made at the time of ordering.
Are there any specific care instructions?
Yes, please follow these tips to take care of the t-shirts:
- Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors.
- Tumble dry low or hang-dry.
- Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
ORDERING
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card payments through Paypal and a separate credit card processor. Payments can be processed via Paypal without a having a Paypal account.
SHIPPING
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders ship 2-4 business days of the order being placed. Standard shipping for orders is 7-10 business days, Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday are not business days. Most orders are received within 10 days of ordering. International shipping varies. Most orders are received within 14 days of ordering.
What shipping method do you use?
We use standard shipping via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.
Do you offer package tracking?
All orders are packaged with a tracking number. A tracking number will be provided once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is offered for orders $50 and over for the U.S. and U.S. Territories. Free shipping is offered for international orders $75 and over.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
There are NO REFUND or EXCHANGES on any orders.
It is our goal for each customer to be happy and satisfied with their purchase; however, due to the personal nature of these products, returns cannot be accepted and all sales are considered final. If merchandise is damaged, defective or faulty, we will work with you to provide a mutually beneficial solution.
Can I cancel/modify my order?
